Does the AE editor allows for pre Dec-1941 start date?

I'm very interested in this question as well. I'd like to do a AH Scenario that postulates an American entry into the war in late '37 or very early '38 following the Panay Incident and the atrocities in Nanking coming to light. All those yellow-wing planes sure would be pretty!

I just loaded up the editor and changing the year was easy enough. Seems to me it works.
I would love to have a scenario/campaign where you can launch/repel the Japanese invasion of China.

I've been thinking of moding the French-Thailand war myself.
