I have a SPWaW 7.1. I would like to create scenario with werhmacht side ...but i have a problem with buying mines becouse in my oppinion a button with mines in Buy/Misc page is out of screen (down) who cant be scrolled. I have bought mines from Italians but i would like to know how can I do it in case of Germans (maybe not?).

PS. Sorry for my terrible english

Use the "Nation" button, when in the buying phase and choose a miinor power.they normally have much less stuffs and button for mines will appear for sure.
When done come back to the default nation.
