Is this a bug? Stealth aircraft.

PBEM Scenario 1, historic first move with surprise. Japanese player upgraded to 1.080, Allies not upgraded when setting password. Running the first day's action, all aircraft are of the stealth variety i.e. invisible in the action screens. Any comments?
