Display error after air unit transfer

Scenario #2; game is in the windowed mode.
If you transfer air group via rail transfer (-R type of transfer) from the "Aircraft Withdraw Shedule" screen, you lost the brown background of the "Aircraft Withdraw Shedule" screen. The to-be-withdraw list of airgroup is not readable.
You can reproduce the error if you open intelligence screen, press "Aircraft Withdraw Shedule" button, find and open the air group "54th PG/57th PS" and, finally, transfer the group from Seattle to the Easter USA-R base.
