Custom battles at night?

Hey guys, new here but have played CC since ABTF, I really like the "night" maps and was trying to create some custom battles at night but when i go to the game screen and start the map its during the day, is there something i missed when making the battle or does the game not allow this?

In scenario setting ensure Night Battle is ticked. (you will need the patch)

Looked at it and dont have that as an option on CCTLD
