1.33 Beta Now Available

We have a new patch available on the Members Club site. You need to register your game to download the patch. If you haven't click on the members link on the top of the page.
This is a Beta patch, so feedback is encouraged. This address these two issues:

1. Rail movement; There was a problem with the update when units withdrawing from a hex were not having their stack points removed from the hex's count. This caused rail movement into those hexes to fail.

2. A change was made to naval units preventing invasions in the port in which they are based.

The rule now is that at least 6 points worth of naval units must be present,
Destroyer = 1
Cruiser = 2
Pre-Dreadnaught = 3
Battle Cruiser = 4
Dreadnaught = 5

In addition to correction by a version 1.33, please also solve the following problem.
HQ can be repeatedly moved in strategic movement. As a result, I have brought a result which the HQ increases whenever HQ moves.
Although the picture was attached, you can see that it turns out that three HQ(s) of Monoury exist.
Even if HQ carried out strategic movement, the original unit remained as it is and accumulated this, and such a phenomenon has occurred.

Is the attached picture too small?
I attach again. You and where does a cause understand?
All of there being three HQ(s) even in the diagonal left from the bottom are HQ of Monoury.

I am trying to play a game against the AI using the 1.33 patch but it seems that the game freezes up. I can send a save file if that helps.
