TF Waypoint Issues - Return Route Ignored!

Is this the way to Pago Pago - I think not...
The waypoint editor appears not to want to go via my return route, even though the option is enabled [:-]. This is consistently repeatable and is costing me shipping when I trust the settings and forget to check where my 'precious' AK's and TK's are off to.
