Shipment tracking number is not valid at UPS?

Does anyone know why the tracking number on the Matrix web site is not a valid UPS tracking number?

mine works fine. Did you click the number or try to type it into ups website?

I've discovered that you must click the tracking number. For some reason going to the ups website and entering doesn't work.
sorry it does work not sure why yours doesn't show up...
