Is there anyway to increase dp points other than waiting.


I would love to be able to do more arm twisting (or even talk nice) but rarely have many dp's to offer.


This is my first full campaine as USSR,are they kind of weak in this area?

The easiest way to do it is to hit F11/F12

(...Unless... I give all major countries the same increase,hmmm,just thinking out loud)!
