I don't know who this might be interesting to, but it appears that Crown of Glory:EE runs fine on a Vista 64 bit system wih 6 GB of RAM.

My problem is apparently playing back most Internet video IS a problem for a 64 bit Vista system--as well as the installation and use of many hardware drivers (Microsoft Certificate ABSOLUTELY required!). LOL. So, I guess it is back to the store for a 32 bit processor and 32 bit OS.

This would be a great system if I were an engineer trying to simulate thermal stress on the space shuttle upon reentry. But me? I just wanna word process, make BIG maps, and check my YouTube channel! (oh yes...and play CoG:EE!)

Perhaps I need an apple iMac with Windows XP installed.

I've heard from Matrix that they've also tested COG:EE on 64 bit systems with success.  The problems some people are having with it on 64 bit systems is apparently driver-related.  We don't officially support 64 bit systems, but I would like to move in that direction.
