hello.

in the last escenary (2-3 ) to desert fox in BARDIA, i can´t occupied the hex victory in the sud of map. down the bardia city. i intented whit tanks, infantry, but not change the english hex to german hex.

It might not be a victory hex but instead a retreat hex which won't change when occupying. Hover your mouse over it and see what pops up in the text.
