Endurance is incorrect when Ops > 0

Scenario 001, Dec 8 1941:
Check on say DMS Zane (DMS Clemson class). The class has an endurance of 5225 per the database, but on Dec 8, 1941 this ship shows Ops = 110 (or a number around that) and endurance shows 5152. That's incorrect, as the ship has 100% fuel, so it should be able to go 5225 miles, not 5152.
This is clear on the print screen below: Hovey, Zane, Trevor and Boggs all are the same class (DMS Clemson) and have 100% fuel, but they show different endurances because they have different Ops used in that day.
Thanks!
