Display error during air group transfer

Scenario #2 and #4; game is in the windowed mode.
If you transfer an air group to a base via "select on map" button and scroll the map with keyboard (up or down arrow), the display is messed with a list of bases to which the particula air group can be tranferred as you begin to scroll the list together with a map scrolling. See the picture below.
You can reproduce the error as follows: Open any base with an air group. Push the "Transfer to Base" button, push the "Select on Map" button, press the "down" arrow on your keyboard. Only after you press the "down arrow" key for a while, the brown colored list of bases begin to pop-up.
I don't know on which parameter it depends, but sometimes the brown colored list of bases stays on your display till you close the transfer dialog via escape key.
