I would like to try the Soviet only game again. I have been playing the Axis in a game, and am ready for the Red Army again. I like the tension of the long buildup, followed by intense action.

Nothing happens fast at this point. Germany is continuing its attack in Poland, and has begun trading air losses with the French and British.

Our campaigns have boosted the war economy from 45% to 52%, which is great.

The USSR production seems rather high in the game I'm playing. What do you think?
Have you given the AI an advantage in this go-round?

Using Cornel's technique of raising the war economy by waging war duing 1939 and 1940 I hope to get a good bit of production. I am watching the Germans and their mistaken air war against the West, and may adjust the German production in a few turns. In fact, I am going to do so now, 150%, which will be in effect in the 19391024 turn.
In the game I was playing as the Axis the Finns destroyed the Red Army and attacked Leningrad before the Germans. Soviet losses there are astounding, something like 200 to 17. The AI is retreating across the board in Finland.

We were going to change the difficulty level each week, but will change to doing it each month as it is a bother. Odd months the Germans get 150%, even months 100%, which should be abour 125% overall.
