I've killed every enemy on the map, but I can't seem to find the person I'm supposed to get. Where is he? Did he run off?!
He's the bald guy in light blue shirt with suspenders near the suitcases on the ground on the right side of the bus. His name is "Arvy" in Safari but "Ervy" in your e-mail. You need to kill all the marauders before he runs away (reaches the black edges of the map).
