Bug? Arrows Get next.....

Scenario: Guadalcanal. Day 9/9/1942
I name the scenario because I don´t know whether the error occurs in principle.
Hex command display: (described in the manual page 44)
the arrows (Get next task force) next to the button "See All Task Force often not work.
Similarly, the arrows (Get next ...) beside the other buttons "See All ..."
