So I'm cycling through the Japanese National Bases with the "?" hotkey . . .

1) Tokyo

2) Truk

3) Saigon

. . . so far so good.

4) Kiangtu (hex 91:51)

WTF! ?

Then I notice it's next to Nanking. Should the fourth Japanese National Base be Nanking instead of Kiangtu?

Seems someone has changed the base numbers since the code was written.
