If someone would be so nice to explain me, how work these fuel rules? They have effect only when Advanced Supply is on? Help!

Got to have fuel to move. Got to move it where you need it. Got to maintain your supply lines. Critical for Brits and Americans. Can be dicey for Japanese too.

Are you up for a WBTS. A Grigsby classic. Too bad he hasn't updated Guadacanal. It was one of his best games.
