Game not accepting valid serial number

I have bought, downloaded and installed WITP-AE. When I downloaded the beta patch and tried to install it, it says the serial number is not valid. I used the same serial number thats on the physical disk and on file in Matrix account. Any suggestions?

Either ask in the WITP-AE forum or open a Hlep Desk ticket is my best advice.

Or try to install in admin mode, considering you're using Vista / Win 7.
