I'm not sure of the relevance of this suggestion, but what about the idea of making the VC points for German player(s) 6 instead of the current (I believe) 5. Also, why not add Rostov to the list of 1 pt cities? It was certainly an objective in the campaign for AG South and maybe this would force a little more historical flavor to the game now by making the German side commit to its fall in '41 and trying to hold it thr winter.
