I have over 5000 points playing as Allies in April 42 and I have done everything I wanted to do with the PP.
OTOH, I have not kept any withdrawals past their time, I have sent many air units back early and received PP for it, and I am not picky about leaders for air units in training so I have changed very few of then as yet
