Air Group Withdrawl

I am trying to withdraw a U.S. based BG that was supposed to be withdrawn on 15 Jan 42
I missed it (I did not realize I would not be notified), it is now early Feb and the withdraw option is not available
Is this a glitch, am I unable to withdraw them, because I missed the date or is there some other procedure for withdrawing them?
