Do Replacements On/Off help with fixing disabled squads in a unit? I understand that disabled squads come back whether the unit has Replacements On or Off, is that right?

Also, if a unit has Replacements Off, will it still upgrade to a new TOE when it becames available?

Repair of Disabled squads benefit from Rest Mode, plentiful supplies and Admin skill of leaders.
Replacement ON is required for TO&E upgrade.
