The British MTB TF in Hong Kong, which exists at the beginning of the campaign game, has a React Range of 6, and is adjustable. Hey, it's a Surface Combat TF, not a PT task force! If I disband it, and try to create a SC TF, I can't add MTBs. I can create a PT TF with them, and the React is correctly limited to 1.
