When the new patch comes out, can we install this for a PBEM we are currently playing and keep playing it? Or, will we need to restart new PBEMs?

What's the ETA on the patch?

No ETA is known, which is why I'm preferring to use vague language like "at least a month."

Yes, I believe the patch will break save files. But I also believe that you can have the game installed on your computer twice, in which case you can have an unpatched version for PBEM. (Disclaimer: This double-installation might be a luxury only beta-testers can have, if the serial number system Matrix uses doesn't permit it. But I think it works.) Anyway, history has shown that you should never make a decision regarding whether to begin or continue a PBEM game based on our release schedule!

We were able to continue a game after patching up the first time. Did you guys make some drastic changes that will make that impossible this round?
