v1083c. Interface ?

In the (I)nformation screen, Naval units available - you can de-select by nation (Soviets for instance) and the setting stays until you restart the game. In the Air units available screen, you can de-select nations (dutch, Philipines etc) but the settings do not stick and must be re-seclected each time you open the screen. Would be nice if they both worked as in the Naval screen. It is not v1083c specific, the issue existed at release but was not corrected with the Beta upgrade so I thought I would mention it.
