v1083 - Morale Typo?

Hi Guys,
I was just quickly flicking through some of the land units after installing the beta patch. I noticed that the Australian 39th Militia Battalion has a morale of 0 at start (while it is in Sydney). Probably should be higher considering the unit history.
I'm guessing this is a typo.
I know its an easy fix in the editor, but thought I'd mention it here.
I never paid much attention to the militia units in Australia before the patch, so this may have already existed beofre patching.
