Is it possible to modify the player card to allow access to this at any time, even from within a game or pre-game?

Oh, and an unrelated note that I don't wish to start a new topic for: the scoreboard and PbP don't update at the end of an inning. Even when you start a new game you will see something like '2 Out, runner on first' on the scoreboard. At the start of every half inning these things should say '0 Out'.

One more while I'm on a roll: how about a pause after an opposing Pinch Runner is put on base? I hate it when I decide to pitch to a batter only to have them put a fast runner on base after I've already made my decision. I would like the opportunity to Pitch Out or Pitch Around.

I should just rename this thread after myself. Do pitchers ever get classified as Late Relief? I'm not sure I've seen, but that's because I'm playing a deadball era replay.

I'd like to echo the suggestion of pausing after a pinch runner is put in--that bugs me too. I'd also like to see double steal as an option.

I think double deals and suicide squeezes are the two things most needed from the base running options.
