Is there a way to limit the amount of points spent when doing a random scenario?

This being if I allow the computer to purchase.


One battle I fought was crazy it was a medium map, germans vs americans, and i swear the americans had over 20 halftrakcs, I know cause i blew up 20 of them by the end of the 12 turn battle.

plus he had about 10 shermans and 8 stuarts.

he basically ran me over.

any way to set a point limit?

Yes there is a way there is always a way. While you are setting up the battle go into your preference screen and on the right side you will see a battle points setting, here you can adjust to the exact number the amount of battle points each side gets. But remember that the computer tends to get better odds depending on the senario. I believe but am not sure that this is how it goes.

Battle Human VS Computer Battle points ratio
Assualt 2 to 1
Advance 1.5 to 1
Meeting 1 to 1
Computer advance 1 to 2
Computer assault 1 to 3

Like I said I am not sure about the ratios but I think it is close.

LOL. Don't feel too bad. Some of this stuff isn't really intuitive. Battle Points? I thought that was like your final score or something or victory conditions until I finally figured it out.
