Docking Bug: Too large a TF docks

This is from the Beta discussion:
In the attached file look at TF 255, 1 day from Abadan. When I run this (I did it twice) the TF will dock the next turn even though it is ~52,0000 tons and the dock limit for Abadan is 48,000. Furthermore there was another docked TF at Abadan and TF 255 still docked. The TF seems to "really" dock in that I can load/unload as though docked (ie it isn't just a bug in how the TF is listed). And I can now add up to ~ 4 billion tons of more shipping to the TF with the Add Ships button.
This is from Scen 6, Human = Allies, AI = Japan. Game was started before the patch, and the 1083c patch was added on the 3/11 turn (this is the 3/21 turn).
TF 255 had been formed before the patch, at the time of the patch was at sea heading to Colombo (which is large enough to accomodate this TF) then returned to Abadan.

That was fast. You must have had breakfast at Milliway's.
How about these:
1) When you use the left/right arrows to cycle through the TFs in a port the left arrow works but the right arrow doesn't (with the 1083c Beta patch)
2) This has been mentioned before, I think, but suddenly with the patch the IJ land based air vs ships can't hit a thing. (I have no Allied air hitting IJ ships nor CV battles at the moment.) The attached file is _before_ several such battles. The TF at Tabiteau was attacked with 3 waves:
6 Kate/8 Bettys (torps)
22 Bettys (250Kg bombs/5000 feet)
20 Bettys (250Kg bombs, 6000 feet).
The Bettys I see in the area are unit #158 (Exp 51) and #162 (Exp 64)
If you want the post combat save I have that too.
(Same game, Scen 6 Allies Human, IJ is AI. Hard)

Same patch, I have plenty of allied ships being hit and sunk by ij air (Houston sunk nr Legaspi). The Enterprise nr Wake is sinking plenty of ij ships too(well, 1 or 2 ships per strike). Lexington faced a Nell attack which it fended off between Wake and Johnson. Enterprise also faced a few Nells.
I've been seeing ij transports sailing unmolested by allied SAGs in daylight encounters. Amazing. On a second intercept of the same group of transports with 1CA,2CL,9DD I did get a brief engagement but the forces broke off quickly once an E boat was sunk. Mid ocean intercepts of other warships is bloody but it looks like transports are safe. Note that coastal landings are different/appear to work well. I had 2 DD intercept and sink a PB,xAK and SC etc. Amphib TF no longer lose 20+ ships to a few PT or DD. Just getting repeated strange results on daylight ocean intercepts of transport TFs.

Yup, already reported and addressed.

Not a naval bug.
