This may not be the best place to phrase this question...but how does the game account for the US ships sunk (and to a wider extent ships scuttled in harbors) at Pearl Harbor. It seems that the game doesn't allow for this option. Is this correct, or can a mod be performed to engineer this.

Seems to not allow then to be scuttled in PH though. I just tried it and the option is not available.

Scuttling is only allowed when a ship meets certain damage levels.  I don't know the exact number off the top of my head, but they are quite high.  I just scuttled the Arizona in my current game, it had something like 93 systems and 96 flooding damage.

Can ships that were scuttled be raised? Can the ships in PH that are sunk be raised as they were historically?
