Ask for Operational Report code?

My OP Report write:
TF 5 can not completely unload troops at Adak Island
TF 5 awaiting unloading at Adak Island
TF 2 awaiting unloading at Adak Island
But both TF´s (TF 5 and TF 2) do unloading.
So what that lines talking about?

Is the "Unloading" in brown colored text? Likely the problem is you have equipment (like motorized support) that is too large to unload at that size port without docking.

Hi Beezle,
TF 5 Unload in brown colored letters.
I´m sure TF 5 started unloading and then, suddenly, it became brown letters!
TF 2 there are no troops on board. Only supply.

Some scout/recon planes carry ordnance (bombs), so when such a plane makes contact during a search mission, it will make an attack run. If it successfully drops a bomb, the ops report will tell you. If you look at xAP Branch, you will see it is damaged - that's because it was hit by the bomb from the plane. No other source would tell you.

I'll defer to Zebedee for an expert opinion. But I'd venture the guess that he is now available in your leader screen to be assigned to some new post. Not sure what triggered the event that made him available.

If expert means dumb as a sack of spanners, I'm your man. But if expert means someone who knows the game inside out and back to front, call in the devs or the beta team or one of the gurus.
Not totally sure about that reassignment message, but I understand it to mean what you say and what it implies. Some leaders become available at different dates.

He was assigned somewhere, but has been released from command and is back in the leader list.

Hahaha.. very nice. That's exactly what we asked for about scout planes hitting ships.
My thanks to the developers for that -- that gets a big bummer out of the way [&o][&o][&o]
Cheers [:D]
