when a group of several LCU are ordered to follow one unit in Combat -mode, when the first arrive at destination the movement of the others are reset to 0. for exemple a group of LCU in combat order ordered to follow Malaya HQ from johore baru to Singapore: when Hq move in singapore the others remain in place with movement reset.

Post the save before they move. Have you tried using a combat unit to lead instead of a HQ?

yes i tried to lead with combat unit. it's the same. every time it hurt me is moving from a base to an adiacent one: Clark to Bataan and johore baru to singapore. for the save i lost the before move, sorry...i adviced the trouble one turn later..i try to reproduce

I tried a test and it worked fine for me so be sure to keep the save before and don't lead with HQs.

I don't know if this is related or resets to zero because unit attacked next turn. Lead with Corps, HQ follow. Turn before both at 43 following properly. Execute turn Corps moves, HQ gets attacked and retreated.
