Am using the TF screen to review mission speeds ( a suspicious number of TF's are at mission speed that I thought were on Cruise).
When I use the back key to exit, I get a message that the TF can't fully rearm in Manila. Most of the TF's have nothing to do with Manila.

Edit - upon further checking I do have a PT squdaron in Manila that can't arm with torpedoes. I keep getting the message for this TF - and in other contexts too.
