CTD: leader radius

Clicking on "King Frederick II Radius" in a pbem game caused a CTD.
I love the pbem security for this game, but it is awkward to try and explain sending a turn showing an extra load as I pride myself on being on my honor. File available if needed (can't seem to upload here).
