What gives?! The camera will not move up or down in tactical mode. It's ridiculously painful to use the minimap to do this. Is this a known problem with a fix??

Please help!

I think you have to adjust your camera angle before you can move the camera up and down. just hold right click and move the mouse then try moving up and down
