Fastest Delivery to Europe

Hi
What is the fastest (and most economic) way of ordering UV?
With the matrix store delivery cost $12.50 (USPS Global Priority) and it last about 5 business days (is that right?)
When i buy it at www.duchet.com it cost £39.99 plus $1 for delivery (that's a little bit less than the price in the matrix store) and the british air mail has about 2-3 business day for delivering to switzerland.
Wich of these two is the faster solution?
Thank's
Andy
