I've noticed that several devices (250-255 Engineer Vehicles, Support, Motorized Support, etc.) are shared by both sides (Japan & Allies) yet, Japan also has Motorized Support devices (261-266).

How does Japan production work with shared devices?

Why does Japan have 4 different devices for the same thing?

Japan has to build its devices based on resources (manpower), allies do not they just get it. Is Japan using those devices (261-266)?
