Pilot problem

I've had a couple of goes at bringing this up in the main forum. It seems to me that there is a bug in the pilot selection process that makes the least experienced/skilled pilots fly missions rather than those more suited to the task.

All I want to know is whether it is working as intended........then I'll shut up and p*ss off [:D]

An answer to the four questions (one was answered leaving 3) in my second post is what I am after.

Many thanks

The skill/exp is use to determine the best pilot. However it is adjusted by the pilot fatigue level.
The higher his fatigue is above 10, the lower his adjust skill/exp gets.
I may raise the fatigue threshold to 20 before his skill/exp is affected.

Also when two pilots have same skill/exp value, the one with the least missions get a chance to fly.

Thanks Michael, that's the way I was understanding it.  From what you are saying the game is not working as designed.

For the first attack all pilots were at 0 fatigue, yet it was prediminently the loww skill pilots that were flying.

In addition, the day after the first attack (when these 'bad' pilots had fatigue and the better ones had none) still it was the same guys who flew.

Can I also ask why all the gorups pilots are in white even though there are more pilots in the groups than airframes?  Was this feature (pilots in black/red to indicate plane status) done away with?

The color-coding was removed as it was taking too much attention away from "playing the game".
There was too much confusion over something should have been simple.

Yes, it will be adjusted in the next patch.
