Problem with Patch

I installed the new patch and started playing Scenario #7. Both attempts crashed during 8 Dec 41 turn however Microsoft assured me they are working on the problem.
What should scare me the most: A). the patch is faulty 0r B). Microsoft has offered to help me?

Post a save here and it will get looked at.

Definitely item B) is the scarier of the two!!!

Microsoft will have the fix out in windows 8.
