Just curious...how is possible, in my play (scen 1 against AI) Shimonoseki (in Honshu island, far left) had 999999 resources and the WITP Staff (and WITP Tracker) say me day after day Tokyo need 28.000 resources more to produce HI?????
The resources are not re-ubicated between bases by the machine in Honshu as the Old WITP???
