A reaper swings his scythe at candle
- less of tallow left to handle -
Burning, blazing, lower, lower
Hear your prayers: Slower, slower!
Yet without mercy time's fast race
Puts one more wrinkle on your face
As the stale cake's bitter taste
Reminds you of some toxic waste.
So I won't wish you happy days
- as this undoubtedly displays -,
But keep on counting years to die!
I might as well just say goodbye.

PS: You do realize that B-Day and D-Day are just seperated by one lousy letter?

anyways at least you all said "birthday..."
i seem to remember a birthday last year when someone wrote a short story for me and Tribaal (where did he go?!) for our birthdays... ahh, the good (?) old days of the old forum...
