Have anybody ever seen any merc advertisement? I've browsed the XML files and there seems to be about half a dozen mercs that never showed up in the game (like Panda, Samantha, etc). How do I activate these mercs?

I tried to align with the marauders, killed the civs in Safari, talked to Raven, grabbed the mine and killed Jackal. Raven revealed the Pirate Island and I got the e-mail invitation from whateverhisnamewas but when I got to the island, there was not a single soul there. Such that when I exit from the island, it was tagged with my client's flag. Any help... anyone?

i guess if you good at modding or if the dev team releases the unfinished or removed content then its possible.
