Can anyone here help me get my code for american civil war. Ive tried to go thru matrix but no help there. The info to get the code for me is no longer workable. They ask for order number which i no longer have or my credit card number I used to buy with. But my card has changed and i dont have that number. Please i have sent at least two lettters to there staff with no answer. I am desperate here is why i am trying this forum in the hope some kind person can help me. Thank you in advance for any help. Point me in the right direction or connect me with some one who can help.

Robot: Glad to see you here old timer, this is the CHIEF as I was known originally.  Look I would try to contact your credit card company that you bought the item with, the approximate period you bought it and they may be able to supply you with the credit card number for it. Hell it's worth a try. Best I can do for someone 1 year older than me.  hehehe

Other than an email to erikr@matrixgames.com with a good subject line I don't know.

Maybe Erik will see this and be on the lookout.

I PMed Erik with a link to this thread. Dunno how much that will help, since he likely gets a trillion PM's a day. I think he is definately the guy to talk to, as j2d suggested.

E-mail me as suggested above please with as much personal info as possible (name, address, phone number, current and previous e-mail addresses) that I can use to try to find your order. If possible, include your Help Desk request ID as well so that I can see why our support was not able to assist you.
