another missing garrison

Prussia at war with gottingen. garrison starved, 1 factor saxon garrison left behind, and corps moves out. next Dip phase garrison is gone and minor is still under Russian control.

That sounds like a lapse of war, in which case that Saxon factor should be somewhere else. What does the log say?

Yes it's a lapse of war, the game is behaving correctly.
