Hi,

In the savegame attached (playing Austria) I am unable to create poland just after liberating several polish provinces from Prussia. The problem is that Prussia has a supply depot in Warsaw, Masovia.
After the post war access expires the depot disappears and I can create Poland.

Surely that's not as intended?

Oh, while you have the savegame open, what on gods green earth are 5+1 french corps doing in Tunesia just scratching their butts while france was being invaded 3 times?
