I vote for an expedited "playability patch," to get everyone onboard, and a "game tweaks" patch later (versus holding out for a single fix-everything-patch, as history proves they usually don't. In spite of well-intentioned "do it right guys" posts).

We are aiming to have a first update to address the performance issues as soon as possible and work on that is underway.
