I'd like to play a 4 player game again. Its been awhile. My preference will be for Japan, but I will play any if needed.
Moderate skill expected of all players so it's not a lopsided game.

Standard setup options for PBEM games will be used along with AWD deluxe 1.02

I'm available. Am in Taipei, so timezone might work for some.... No preference as to sides.

Sorry, I don't want to be rude Bjering; but I think is for more experienced players (I mean, experience in PBEM)... and as I see, you don't use too much this forum either. Sorry, if you take this offensive... I just want to make clear, that I think that this game requires players with at least 5 previous PBEM...

P.S. If you accept him, I would like to join also!

I have yet to play deluxe as allied / russia. Would be most interesting for me to try them. But, that said, I will play any side. I will leave it to Lebatron to assign teams.... He has my email, as does Aussie. It might be useful to assign teams by timezone.... Aussie and I are two hours apart (Taiwan / Australia). Lebatron is in North America.... Don't know the rest.....

Nope, I haven't played Deluxe, eager to do so though!

I did. I was defeated... [:'(] so I think I'm not the best candidate for this PBEM... I'll join, if there's no one else... I will take China, so I couldn't do much harm [8|]. But I've learned much of that PBEM: keep troops supplied if not by sea, then air... I had aprox. 25 units in Africa + Scotland in the end (my plan was to build some bombers to keep them supplied... however, I couldn't play anymore due to personal problems, luckily I'm free of them at the moment...). Of course, I still keep practicing against AI.

I doesn't work well when someone plays China independently, because then it delays turnaround for everyone. Russia will play China in this game unless someone objects and wants it to be the WA's.

Bjering does have some PBEM experience. Over the last couple years I've seen him pop in from time to time in opponents wanted. 11 posts over 2 years! That's got to be some kind of record[:)] I award him the lurker of the year award[:D]

I feel Lucky1 and I should be on opposite sides for best balance. Besides he stated he wanted to play the Allies anyway and I wanted the Japs.

Just waiting on you guys to chime in and hash out the sides you wish to play.

11 posts, that many? You should see my Battlefront account, I registered there 2001 and have 5 posts...

I will mainly play my weekday turns 19:00 - 23:00 CET so if all others also mainly play at these hours (but in their timezone) I guess the best for the game would be for me to play Germany, even though it looks devilishly hard in DELUXE!
