How do I get the game agin?

I know there is a topic with this, but it has been a couple days and no response. I bought the game digital download a while ago. I am not sure if I registered it, probably not, I rarely do. I no longer have the confirmation email and I am in Iraq now. Is there some way to get in touch with someone about this and maybe have them look at my credit card number and see I actually bought the game so I can download it again? I really enjoyed the game and would love to play it again.

If you selected extended download you can try here:

You need the email you gave when you bought the game and the last 5 digits of the credit card you used.
Other option is trying the help desk:

If it all fails try contacting "Erik Rutins" look for him in the member list, and eventually he will get back to you with the data he would need.
