ive already sent you 2 emails, but wasnt sure that you receive them the right way. I was trying to send you a pm before, but your storage was full. If you received the emails, plz check the order number, which ive written there. Ive already sent the money per bank transfer on thursday. Ive picked download+boxed version. I would like to play it today, so it would be nice if you could confirm the bank transfer and give a download link....

FYI, the best way to reach us for support is via our Help Desk. With that said, I most likely have your e-mails but have not caught up to them yet as I've been severely backlogged this week.

Bank transfers, thanks to the wonders of the financial system, can take 5-7 days to clear. As soon as we've received the transfer, we'll e-mail you a purchase confirmation with the download info. You can also check on your order status via www.findmyorder.com to see if the transfer has come in. If you don't see order completion by this coming Thursday, check back with us and we'll talk to the store directly to see if they can trace what's going on.

For now i dont have any further questions as i dont expect to get a confirmation by you before next week. I guess, any further instruction will be in included in the confirmation. I hope it wont take untill thursday of course. [8|]

Erik, ive sent you an email about something you might be interested half an hour ago. It doesnt have to do with my game order, btw...
